Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

By these applications, the applicants seek modification/relaxation of the condition of furnishing solvent surety as directed by this Court (CORAM : SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.) vide order dated 20.07.2015.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that instead of solvent surety, the applicants be permitted to furnish regular surety on the same terms & conditions as has been imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.07.2015.

For the reasons set out in the applications, the Applications are allowed and the condition imposed vide order dated

20.07.2015 is relaxed to the extent that in the event of arrest, the applicants be enlarged on furnishing P.R.bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two regular sureties in the like amount instead of one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

Accordingly, the Applications are disposed of.
