This application is moved for recalling the order dated 27.4.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial II) for non-removal of the office objections. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he is ready to remove all the office objections till 23.12.2015. 3.

The learned Counsel for the respondent is present. 4.

This is a matter which is valued below Rs.1 crore and, therefore, in view of the notification issued by the Law and Judiciary Department, Government of Maharashtra under Maharashtra Civil Courts (Amendment) 1 / 2

caf.3351.2015_904.doc Act, 2015 bearing No.CCS.2014/C.R.25/D19 dated 31.8.2015, the matter stands transferred to the District Court, Sangli. Further, in view of the judgement of the Division Bench of this Court dated 6.2.2012 passed in Writ Petition (Lodging) No.228 of 2012 (Vikas Baburao Sonawane vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors.), the restoration application is treated as review petition and accordingly, the order dated 27.4.2015 is recalled and the matter is restored to its original file.

In the circumstances, the matter is transferred to the District Court, Sangli. Registrar (Judicial I) shall transfer the matter to the concerned District Court before 8.1.2016 and the parties shall appear before the concerned District Judge on 18.1.2016 where the matter is assigned. 6.
