Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. By the impugned order passed by Respondent No.1, the Petitioner is held ineligible to be appointed as Shikshan Sevak on the ground that the Petitioner has three children born after the cut-off date, namely, 28th March 2006. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner does not dispute that the Petitioner has three children born subsequent to 2006 and prior to the date of interview.
