The Petition is completely misconceived. We have to take a judicial notice of the fact that there are very old matters of senior citizens pending in the Court of Small Causes, Mumbai. Therefore, a direction for disposing of the suit of the year 2005 in a time bound schedule cannot be issued under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Petition is rejected. (C.V.
