Learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes. According to the parties, the respondent shall be entitled to Rs.10 lakh. Such amount of Rs.10 lakh shall be paid to respondent on or before 20 January 2024. On such amount being paid, the respondent shall withdraw City Civil Court Suit No.4776 of 2011. 3.

The petitioners on payment of Rs.10 lakh to the respondent shall be entitled to withdraw Rs.11,95,000/- deposited by the petitioners in the Courts below along with interest accrued, if any.

In view of amicable resolution of dispute, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of in above terms. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
