The prayer is for quashing of FIR being Crime No.62 of 2023 registered with MRA Marg Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354A, 509, 323, 504 of the IPC. 2.

Learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer has placed on record a report dated 3rd October, 2023, thereby stating that the Investigating Agency has decided to submit "Closure Summary". In view of aforesaid statement made on instructions, which is accepted, nothing survives in the petition.

The petition as such stands disposed of.
