1) This is an application for modification of order dated 29.8.2016. By the said order dated 29.8.2016 the applicant was directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant hails from District Thane. It is very difficult for him to furnish the local sureties from the jurisdiction of Mumbai. He submitted that despite the order of release on bail the applicant is still languishing in jail. In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application

2 /2APPP-754-16-37 Condition No.1 in order dated 29.8.2016 is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish the sureties from District Thane.
