By this petition, the petitioner is seeking transfer of investigation into the FIR No.I-145 of 2013 registered with Navghar Police Station, Thane under Section 380 of the IPC. 2.

Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP after taking instructions from the concerned officer makes a statement that the investigation into the said FIR is completed and charge-sheet is already filed even prior to filing of the petition. In support of her contention, learned APP has placed on record report dated 27.07.2015 by the Police Uday S. Jagtap
