There is no case made out to interfere with the time schedule fixed by the learned trial Judge for disposal of the suits within a period of one month. There is no reason to proceed on the basis that such a direction will result in breach of natural justice. In a case, where circumstance exists for some accommodation or adjustment, there is no doubt that learned trial Judge will exercise his discretion in a judicious manner. However, there is no case made out to interfere with the directions, fixing the time schedule. Learned 1 / 2
WPST. 24677-17 counsel Mr. Joshi submits that Petitioner (original Defendant) will proceed in the suit on the next date i.e. 18th September, 2017. Writ petition is therefore disposed of.
