By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 3rd July, 2014 passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar dismissing the Revision Application No.377 of 2012 filed by the petitioners under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

With the assistance of the learned counsel for the petitioners, I have perused the documents annexed to the petition and also the findings rendered by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar dated 3rd July, 2014.

A perusal of the record as well as the impugned order indicates that the petitioners did not make the payment in accordance with the

kvm 2/2 4-WP9579.14 time scheduled described in the OTS scheme. The findings of fact rendered by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar being not perverse, cannot be interferred with by this court in this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
