By this application, a prayer is made that the applicants be permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.1F in Writ Petition No.8637 of 2018 and to correct the bring on record the legal representatives of respondent no.1 as shown in the title of the interim application and the consequential amendment to such amendment be permitted.

I have perused the interim application and averments made therein. In the interest of justice, the application is required to be granted. It is accordingly granted in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended copy of the petition be served on all the parties.
