By an order dated 14.9.2016 the applicants were granted interim relief. By a subsequent reasoned order dated 30.10.2017 the said interim relief was extended and the present applications were kept for hearing today. The record of investigation reveals that the documents in question have already been seized by the Investigating agency and the specimen handwriting of the applicants along with other documents have already been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory and report in that behalf is awaited. 2.

After perusal of the record of investigation this Court is of the view that for further investigation of the present crime, the custodial 1/2

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an order dated 30.0.2017 is hereby confirmed.

However, the applicants are directed to attend the Investigating officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00p.m. and to join the process of investigation till submission of final report. 4.

The Investigating Officer shall issue notice under Section 160 of the Cr.P.C. before calling the applicant to the police station. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 2/2
