We are informed that physical possession of Flat No.606, 6th Floor, "C" Wing, Rimsons Apartments, Maheshwari Nagar, Kondivita, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 93 is to be taken on 20th August, 2019. The Petitioner has already filed an SA before the DRT, which is pending. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the DRT for seeking appropriate reliefs.
