CORAM : R. G. KETKAR, J.

DATE : 24TH AUGUST, 2018 P.C.:

Heard Mr. Thorat, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the C.R.A. Initially, against the impugned order dated 02.12.2016, applicant had instituted Writ Petition No.5949 of 2017, which was allowed to be converted into Civil Revision Application by order dated 08.08.2018. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, which are not controverted, I am satisfied that applicant has made out sufficient case for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

4.

List the C.R.A. for 'admission' on 12.09.2018 in the Supplementary Board.
