After arguing for some time, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners Mr. Kenjale on instructions of the Petitioner Nos.4 and 5 Amey Patil and Nikhil Hendre, who are personally present in Court seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to pursue the remedy of discharge before the Trial Court. The above Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

Needless to state that if any application for discharge is filed, the same to be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law and expeditiously.
