By this application, the applicant has prayed that an advocate from legal aid panel be appointed to represent him in Criminal Appeal filed by him against the order of conviction. The said appeal is already ordered to be registered.

Since the applicant is in jail and he is unable to engage a lawyer, registry to appoint an advocate from legal aid services to represent him in Criminal Appeal (St.) No. 736 of 2017.
