This petition is filed for quashing and setting aside subject FIR bearing C.R.No.129/16 registered with Dehu Road Police Station, Pune, against the petitioner for the offences punishable u/s 120-B, 420, 463, 464, 465, 468, 470, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After completing the investigation, the investigating officer in subject crime has filed charge-sheet against other Nesarikar
