The learned counsel, Mr Kanetkar, appearing for the Petitioner states that present petition was filed under the signature of then then Secretary of the Trust. He submits that after this, there is change in the managing committee of the Trust. He further submits that looking to the order passed in the year 2009, which is subject matter of challenge in this petition, and on account of subsequent developments, the petition has become infructuous. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of being rendered infructuous, with no order as to costs.
