By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 96 days in filing civil application and for bringing legal heirs of respondent no.1A on record. Learned counsel appearing for proposed respondent nos. 1A-i to 1A-iii has no objection if delay in filing civil application is condoned and if his clients are impleaded in place of respondent no.1A and if abatement is set aside. The statement is accepted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon all the respondents including newly added parties within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
