Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that, during the pendency of this Petition approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Assistant Teacher is granted by the Education Officer. However, salary is not yet paid. Respondents shall ensure that, regular salary and arrears of salary are be disbursed to the Petitioner after verifying the record and as per entitlement in accordance with the relevant rules and procedure as expeditiously as possible however, within three months from today. With the above observations Writ Petition stands disposed of. 2.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion about entitlement of the Petitioner for receiving arrears towards salary and also regular salary and it is for the concerned respondent to take steps after verifying relevant record.
