This Interim Application is filed for restoration of Second Appeal which was dismissed for non removal of ofoce objections within the stipulated time granted by the Court. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant assures that the ofoce objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

As such, the Interim Application stands allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- to be paid to the non-applicant within two weeks' from today.
