P.C.:- By an Order dated 31st August, 2017 the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates.

The record indicates that the Applicant has filed Marriage Petition in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai for divorce under Section 13(1) (i-a) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and the same is pending for final adjudication.

The record further indicates that in pursuance of Order dated 14th February 2018, the Applicant has accordingly attended the Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation. After 1/2

ssm 2 6-aba1526.17.sxw perusing the record in view of this Court, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 31st August, 2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
