However, the Collector Pune is directed to dispose of the Dispute Application No. 7 of 2017 concerning the issue of disqualification of respondent No.6 as expeditiously as possible, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of authenticated copy of this order.

3] Parties to appear before the Collector, Pune on 26th September 2017, which is even otherwise the date fixed in the matter and produce an authenticated copy of this order.

4] With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. 5] It is made clear that this Court has not adverted to the merits of the matter and therefore, all contentions of all parties are kept open for determination by the Collector.
