P.C. :- Heard. The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Appellant submits that the Appellant is in Jail since 06.02.2014. He further invites our attention to the averments in the application and submits that for reasons stated in the application, the Appellant could not file the Appeal within time.

Upon perusal of the averments in the application, we are convinced that the proper explanation has been offered for delay in filing the Appeal. Even otherwise the Appellant has not derived any undue advantage by delaying in filing the Appeal, on the contrary, the Appellant is in Jail. 3.
In that view of the matter, the Application stands disposed of.
