The Petitioner claims to have attended NEET examination for by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

2022.12.21 13:28:45 +0530 RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE 2022-2023 in which provisional answer key was published on 31/8/2022 in relation to which the Petitioner is shown to have secured higher marks than the marks which are actually allotted after final declaration of result. 3.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the Petitioner has prayed for issuance of directions to recheck/recount the marks pursuant to final answer key

Having regard to the pleadings in the petition, we have perused the answer-sheet of the Petitioner produced before us in a sealed envelope. This Court has gone through the answer key, the answer-sheet of the Petitioner with attached carbon copy also and has not noted any illegality or any alteration as has been claimed in the petition. 5.

In the aforesaid background, the petition is devoid of merit. The petition stands dismissed.
