DATE : 9th FEBRUARY 2016 P.C.

1.

The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner states that the Petitioner does not desire to make any allegations against the Advocates who had appeared in the above Contempt Petition on 07.08.2015 and wants to proceed on the basis that there was a miscommunication between the Petitioner who is 91 years of age and the advocates who had appeared for him. The Learned Counsel therefore seeks withdrawal of the Civil Application with liberty for file afresh. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
