The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently, it remained on their part to remove all offce objections. He submits that Applicant undertakes to remove all offce objections within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted. Hence, the following order is passed: a.

Order dated 02.04.2019 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) be set aside.

b.

Writ Petition stands restored on fle for hearing on its own merits.

c.

Applicant to remove all offce objections within four weeks from today.

d.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. e.
