Heard Ms. Goswami, learned AGP for the Applicants and Mr. Vijay Gharat, learned counsel for the Respondents. 2.

Ms. Goswami, learned AGP appearing for the Applicants makes a statement that Applicants are willing and ready to deposit entire decretal amount as per the judgment and award dated 30th June, 2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag passed in LAR No. 488 of 2016 within a period of twelve weeks.

As the Applicants are willing to deposit entire amount awarded alongwith interest within a period of twelve weeks, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Sonali

On deposit of the said amount, Respondent Nos. 1 to 10 are entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount on the condition that they submit an undertaking to this Court that in case, the First Appeal is allowed, they will deposit the entire amount with interest in this Court as per the further directions passed in this First Appeal. 5.

The Respondents are at liberty to file application for withdrawal of balance 50% of amount.
