The petitioners are husband, fatherinlaw and motherinlaw of respondent No.2 Mrs. Priya R Kunchikorve. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, the parties herein have entered into an amicable settlement and have filed Consent Terms before the Family Court in Marriage Petition No. F/2148 of 2018.
The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 conceded to the said fact. He also tendered across the bar an affidavit on behalf of respondent No.1 consenting for quashing of the impugned Order dated 27.4.2017 taking cognizance of the offence in Final Report submitted by the Investigating Officer attached to Borivali Police 1/2

In view of the affidavit filed by respondent No.2, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
By consent of the parties CC No.1198/PW/2017 arising out of CR No.153/2016 registered with MHB Colony Police Station, Mumbai is hereby quashed and set aside.
