The Petitioner prays for following relief :

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate writ, order and direction directing the Commissioner of Police to conduct necessary enquiry and investigation against the Respondent no.2 and 3 in respect of the threats given by them and as also in respect of the abuse of powers vested with them to cause arrest of the Applicant by creating any such false and fabricated case and subject to outcome of such enquiry, the Respondent no.2 and 3 be dealt with in accordance with law."

Learned counsel for Petitioner states that so far a representation has not been made to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai against Respondent no.2.

In case such a representation is received, the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai will deal with the same on its own merits. We do not express any opinion on the same.
