Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Nashik to decide the representations/proposals dated 04/08/2016 filed by petitioner No.3 and 16/08/2016 filed by petitioner No.2 (Copy of which is annexed at Exhibits 'C' & 'D' to the petition), if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, 1/2

Till the Petitioner's claim is decided, the RespondentState is directed to maintain the status-quo as it exists today in respect of the transfer of Petitioner No. 1 from unaided division to aided division.
