The present appeal is filed by the three appellants, being aggrieved by the Judgment of conviction passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune on 14.10.2016. 2.

All the three appellants have been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 307 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. A common appeal has been filed against the common Judgment delivered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune on 14.11.2016.

6. APPEAL(ST).111.17.doc Husain @ Ibrahim Yakub Shaikh seeking a relief of separation of his appeal. However, today other relatives of appellants who are present in the Court submit that they would also hand over their Vakalatnama to the learned counsel representing Husain @ Ibrahim Yakub Shaikh and in such circumstances, the appeal can be proceeded together if such a Vakalatnama is permitted to be filed. Hence, at present Criminal Application No.1412/2018 seeking separation of Appeal of the Applicant is dispose of. (Criminal Appeal (St.) No.111/2017 is taken for hearing.) 4.
