The learned APP fairly submitted that in terms of the order dated 21st August, 2023, the applicant has cooperated with the investigation and appeared before the Investigating Officer and the investigation has reached an advanced stage. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement and for the reasons ascribed in the order dated 21st August, 2023, the application deserves to be allowed.

Hence, the following order:

(i) Order of interim bail dated 21st August, 2023, is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. (ii) In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
