DATE : 14th September, 2017 FINAL ORDER :- 1) None appeared for respondent No.3 though served privately. In view of urgency expressed and considering the fact that the petitioner's caste claim is pending with respondent no.2 Committee since 2015 that resulted into withholding of result by respondent no.3-University of the First MBBS Examination which was held in the month of May, 2017 and result of which has been declared in August, 2017 along with all, therefore, by keeping all defences open and subject to final order of the concerned Caste Scrutiny Committee, we are inclined to direct respondent No.3 University to declare the result of the petitioner, as prayed, latest by 18th September, 2017.

2) We are inclined to order respondent no.2 committee to decide the validity of the caste claim of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today. The writ 1 /2
