A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

"(a) that delay of 21 days in filing the Basavraj G Patil 1/2

1212.14-caa above appeal be condoned and the Appellant be permitted to file the above appeal before this Hon'ble Court."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
