Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of
34-pil-191.2013.sxw the communication dated 28th October, 2016 issued by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, which has been filed today and marked "X" for identification, petitioner will apply for driving licence afresh, which may be directed to be considered by the competent authority, in accordance with law, un-influenced by the earlier rejection order and taking into consideration the communication dated 28th October, 2016.

With the aforesaid liberty and direction to the competent authority to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of driving licence on its own merit taking into consideration the said communication, we dispose of this petition. Civil Application also stands disposed of.
