2] For the reasons stated in these applications, both the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3] The applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1404 of 2016 and 1405 of 2016 are hereby directed to implead the original complainant Smt.Hemalata Balkrishna Hankare as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the respective applications be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the same stipulated period.
