This Court by an Order dated 29th October, 2021 has already granted interim protection to the Applicant. However, before that charge sheet was already filed on 27th July, 2021. The investigation is thus complete.

This Court finds that the custodial interrogation is not now necessary. The Application is therefore allowed. In the event of arrest, the Applicant shall be released on bail in connection with F.I.R./CR. No.262/2021 registered at Baramati City Police Station for the offence Manoj

2 7-ABA-2609-2021.doc punishable under Sections 420, 465, 466, 468 & 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with solvent surety.
