By the impugned order, the Family Court refused to grant maintenance to the wife; however, granted maintenance of Rs.10,000/- to the son.

The petitioner-father is challenging order granting maintenance to two years' old child on the ground that the amount is unreasonable considering age of the child. 3.

The Family Court has taken into consideration credit card entries of the petitioner. The credit card entries show that there are entries of Rs.1,05,000/-, Rs.2,40,000/- and Rs.2,33,380/-. According to the Family Court, the petitioner has not furnished plausible explanation. Apart from it the Family Court has taken into consideration fact that the petitioner is self employed property agent and is earning Rs.2,00,000/- per annum approximately.

On overall consideration of the order, I do not find any perversity or error of jurisdiction in granting Rs.10,000/- to the petitioner's own child. The petition, therefore, has no merit. 5.

The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

The observations made in this order are only for the purpose of considering validity of the impugned order and the Courts below shall not be influenced by the observations made in this order.
