Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Civil application No.863 of 2015 is taken out in a civil application for condonation of delay in filing the present second appeal. During the pendency of that civil application, the Applicant learnt about the death of Respondent No.1. Accordingly, the present civil application is taken out for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1). Amendment shall be carried out in the civil application and the second appeal within two weeks from today.
