The order impugned in this petition is passed by the Deputy Registrar of the Co-operative Societies. It is stated that the Deputy Registrar has passed the said order after the matter was remanded to him by an earlier 1/2
503 to 505-wp 8156@8227@8231-21.doc order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar. The petitioners would have an alternate remedy of filing revision application before the Divisional Joint Registrar as provided under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 against the order passed by the Deputy Registrar and as impugned in these petitions.
The petitions are accordingly disposed of permitting the petitioners to avail of the alternate remedy as available in law. Let the revision applications be filed within two weeks from today. In the event, the said revision applications are filed within two weeks from today, the Revisional Authority shall decide the revision applications on merits without any objection on limitation. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. The petitioners are also at liberty to file an interim application if intend to seek any urgent relief.
Disposed of in above terms. No costs.
