P.C.:- This is an Application for bringing legal heirs of the Sole Respondent on record.

It is stated that, the sole Respondent passed away on 4th May, 2021 leaving behind him, the proposed Respondent Nos.1 to 4 as his legal heirs and representatives, names of whom are mentioned in scheduled at page No.10 of the present Application.

There is a delay of about 80 days in filing the present Application.

Perusal of Application would indicates that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

In view thereof, delay is condoned, abatement if any, is set aside and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Necessary amendment be carried out in the record of the Court and simultaneously in the copy served upon the learned Advocate for the proposed Respondent Nos.1 to 4 within a period of three weeks from today.
