The contention of the Petitioner is that the Zone Certificate dated 4th September, 2013 (Exhibit-A to the Petition) issued by the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Pune Branch, Pune is contrary to the sanctioned Regional Plan. If that be so, it is for the Petitioner to make appropriate application to the Assistant Director of Town Planning and seek correction. Instead of making an application to the Assistant Director of Town Planning for correcting the alleged error, the Petitioner has made applications to the Hon'ble the Chief Minister and the Hon'ble Minister of State for Urban Development Department. The submission of the learned AGP is that unless the Regional Plan is amended, the

wp-8870.13 Zone Certificate cannot be corrected. It is for the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Pune to examine this aspect if an appropriate application is made by the Petitioner for correction. We dispose of the Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioner to make appropriate application before the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Pune. (G.S. PATEL, J ) (A.S. OKA, J )
