No.41of 2012 registered with Kherwadi Police Station, Mumbai, the Investigating Agency has submitted 'C-Summary Report'' in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate 32nd Court, Mumbai on 21st April, 2015.

2) In view thereof, Petition for quashing of the said crime does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
