P.C:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner desires to substantially amend the writ petitions. He submits that it would not be convenient to have present proceedings amended and hence seeks leave to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions on the same cause of action. In view of the order dated 15th March, 2022 by which leave to amend the writ petitions was granted, the writ petitions are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file writ petitions on the same cause of action.
