This is an application seeking pre-arrest bail by the applicant who is booked by the respondent for allegedly committing breach of trust as a public servant when he was working at Central Warehousing Corporation Divisional Office, District Raigad as Assistant General Manager.

In short, it is alleged that on 29th August, 2021, applicant had allowed some scrap material from the godown to be loaded in a truck. It is alleged that the Security Guard had informed the complainant that the purchaser of the goods had been to the office to receive delivery of the goods, however, the said truck was allowed to go out of the Warehouse without preparing a proper gate pass. 3.

Mr. Sejpal, on the other hand, submits that the applicant has now retired from service and would co-operate the Investigating Agency as and when called.

In view of the above, application is allowed on the following terms and conditions;

[a] In the event of his arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing a P.R bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. [b] The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency as and when summoned.

[c] The applicant shall furnish his residential address as well as his cell number to the Investigating officer.
