The Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that, due to inadvertence the Memo of Appeal is wrongly drafted since some of the Respondents have already expired and their heirs are already on record. Accordingly, leave is sought for amending the causetitle. The Application is accordingly granted in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendments to be carried out within a period
