Mr. A. R. Patil, learned AGP makes a statement that the enhanced amount as per the award passed by the Reference Court is deposited in the Reference Court on 19.07.2022. He has placed on record copy of communication dated 17.10.2022 addressed to Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Metro Center-1, Uran along with receipt of deposit of the amount. Learned AGP fairly points out that in fact this Court by order dated 29.11.2019 directed to deposit the amount within ten weeks.

Though the amount is not deposited within ten weeks, considering the fact that amount is deposited with interest, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award dated BGP.

17.02.2018 passed by the Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference No.220 of 2016, by keeping open liberty to the claimant to file an application for withdrawal of the said amount. 3.

The Application stands disposed.
