The learned APP on instructions of the investigation officer states that the investigation has been completed and within a period of one week from today, a report under Section 169 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 claiming 'C' summary, will be filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. We accept the said statement.

The learned Magistrate shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the said report after giving an opportunity of being heard to the Complainant.

In the event, the report claiming 'C' summary is not accepted by the learned Magistrate, we grant liberty to the Applicants to file a fresh application seeking the same reliefs. 4.
