By order dated 27th January, 2022, it was observed that inspite of directions to supply spare copy to the Registry, the advocate for the petitioner had not supplied spare copy and notice could not be issued to respondents. Inspite of granting suffcient time, spare copies are not supplied. None appears for the petitioner. Even on the previous date of hearing, none appeared for the petitioner.
