By order dated 27th January, 2022, it was observed that inspite of directions to supply spare copy to the Registry, the advocate for the petitioner had not supplied spare copy and notice could not be issued to respondents. Two weeks time was granted to supply spare copy in the Registry. It was also observed that in the event spare copy Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:

2022.02.14 15:30:57 +0530 RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER is not supplied within two weeks, the petitions shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution. Inspite of granting suffcient time, spare copies are not supplied. None appears for the petitioner. Even on the previous date of hearing, none appeared for the petitioner.
